With so much "green" confusion, the team at Brad Marshall Homes created Sustain Ability events so they could host a completely interactive experience whereby the client could both engage the builder and the manufacturers, to learn about the impact that the construction of the home has on the efficiency of that home over time.

Periodically, the BMH team offers informative events such as "Construction Open Houses." This grass-roots effort was started several years ago in an effort to provide an open forum for clients to view a home in the construction process.

What makes these events unique and informative is that trade partners and manufacturers, such as Bayer, Dow Chemical, Owens Corning, and Andersen Windows, attend to answer questions, provide product demonstrations, and support a learning environment to those clients looking to become more informed about how the construction practices of BMH make a defining difference, long after the project has been completed.
