Unlike most home builders, we provide a fully transferrable ten-year warranty insurance policy. The state of Texas requires home builders to warrant their homes for ten years, but if the builder goes out of business, the warranty goes away. Because our warranty insurance policy is backed by Homes of Texas, your custom home is covered even if we’re not around. (But we plan to stay right here in Central Texas for a long time!
