Brad Marshall, President and CEO of Apeiron Builders Group, had a dream – to build excellent custom homes and provide outstanding customer experiences. What he wanted and what he found were two different things.   Like many homeowners looking to build a custom home, he grew frustrated by the lack of communication and the industry’s constant over-promising and under-delivering. To his surprise, building a custom home was not a great experience. Leaving his corporate job, he went in search of pursuing his passion.

 

 

Committed to bringing his dream to reality, he began searching for a team of experts equally-dedicated to providing new ways of thinking, adopting innovative architectual designs, implementing superior building techniques, and passionately committed to creating outstanding customer experiences.

 

Brad spent the next several years perfecting his leadership team with the intent of hiring the best players to compliment his belief that things could be better. In 2007, he formed a partnership with Brandon Sassenberg. With Brandon’s experience as a business owner of commercial and residential landscaping, including swimming pools and outdoor living, together they began to think BIG. They not only grew and expanded Brad Marshall Homes, but they added another company to offer a turn-key solution, forming Designer Pools and Outdoor Living.

 

 

Today, the team at Brad Marshall Homes is comprised of several leaders who bring a diverse set of skills. Together, their backgrounds bring a wealth of experience that has earned them a solid reputation backed with outstanding customer loyalty.

 

With the success of BMH, Brad and Brandon formed Apeiron Builders Group.   Apeiron was born out of a need to offer total building solutions. The divisions of Apeiron include: Brad Marshall Homes, Designer Pools and Outdoor Living, MS General Commercial Building, and ABG Consulting.
