Brad Marshall Homes is a custom home builder in Central Texas, established in 2005. Based in Pflugerville, just north of Austin, we build in prestigious communities throughout the Austin metro area, including in Lakeway, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Georgetown. Some of these communities include Escalera Ranch, Bee Creek Estates, Ranchland Hills, Kellywood Estates, Berry Creek, and Lago Vista. Before he became a builder, Brad Marshall spent years in the high-tech industry. Like many homeowners, when he hired a builder to make his dream home a reality, he grew frustrated by the lack of communication and the sometimes excruciating slowness of the build process. Unexplained delays, change orders lost in the wind... he knew there had to be a better way. Brad felt he could use technological tools to create a better experience for homeowners. There are some builders out there who still work with a clipboard and a prayer. Brad Marshall Homes has become known for our streamlined process thanks to project management software, and for our web tools that allow clients to track the progress of their build from anywhere with an internet connection. And, of course, we're always just a phone call away.
